QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE

In order to maintain the high quality of workmanship  in our unit, we employ the following systems:

Independent Quality Assurance Team.

This important department maintains independent charge, in order to attain the best quality of manufactured products constantly on the shop floors. It lays down the process systems and ensures continuous auditing.

LAB
We have and in-house testing lab where all fabrics and accessories are tested, before they are issued to the shop floors. The lab is equipped with Laundrometer (INOLAB), color matching cabinet (INOLAB), Crockmeter (INOLAB), Washcator (IFB), Tumbledrier (IFB) etc.

Our Strengths

We are an approved OEKO-Tex manufacturer. All the dyes, chemicals, fabrics and accessories that we use are certified and tested according to OEKO-TEX Standards 100, Zurich, Switzerland.

A strict Needle/Metal Control Policy is enforced. Pinch Tests are done on our computerized poppering machines and data sheets prepared.

Quality Control

All the components in the knitwear under goes - and to pass a large number of tests before series production starts. And this quality - oriented approach is continued in production too. Sophisticated technical facilities enable, support and monitor what is virtually ZERO-DEFECT process.

Grey Fabrics are tested for GSM. Unevenness, Foreign Fibers, Neps and other required parameter.

Dyed, printed & processed fabrics are tested against strict Quality Control measures including AZO-FREE and toxic chemicals. We assure for the supply of AZO-FREE and ECO FRIENDLY products, besides ability to supply Eco-Tex, Oko-tex standard 100 labeled products.
Broken Needle: We do collect the every piece of broken needle; maintain a record by pasting and keeping them sagely in a note book.
Sumeet exports has its own Factory Building, a modern construction spanning about 150000 sq.ft with in house manufacturing facilities on latest Hi-tech imported machineries.
